• Account information: When you register, we collect your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase).
• Payment information: Subscription payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment card details — these are handled directly by our payment processor.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: We may collect information about how you interact with the Services, such as pages visited, features used, and actions taken.
• Log data: Our servers automatically record information such as your IP address, browser type, and the date and time of your request.

Third-party data (Instagram / Apify)

When you request an analysis, we use Apify to fetch publicly available Instagram Reel data (view counts, captions, thumbnails, video URLs) for the accounts you specify. This data is processed to generate analytics reports and stored in your account. We only access publicly visible content.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services
• Create and manage your account
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Generate AI-powered analytics reports for the Instagram accounts you track
• Send you transactional emails (e.g., account confirmation, password reset)
• Respond to your inquiries and provide support
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Services, including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Lemon Squeezy (payments), Apify (Instagram data scraping), OpenAI and Google (AI analysis), AssemblyAI (transcription), and Upstash (message queue). These providers are bound by data processing agreements and may only use your information as directed by us.
• Legal requirements: If required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Services.
